We want you to love your luxury find, which is why we offer a 15-day return window for items in their original, tagged condition. Please note that Last Call items and certain high-value pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your FASHIONPHILE account, navigate to your order history, and select the eligible item you wish to return to generate a return shipping label.

  Keep Tags Attached

  Ensure the FASHIONPHILE blue security tag remains attached to the item; removing or tampering with this tag will void your eligibility for a refund.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the item securely in its original packaging along with all included accessories and drop it off at any authorized UPS location using the provided prepaid label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luxury experts verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-4 business days.
